The Container Club | Seasonal Outdoor Planting Subscription

from $150.00

Your front door, beautifully planted. Every season, without the work.

The Container Club is a seasonal outdoor planting subscription — four times a year, I design, plant, and deliver a stunning outdoor container filled with the most beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage available. It lives on your porch, your steps, or your terrace and changes with every season.

Spring. Summer. Fall. Holiday. Four times a year your outdoor space is transformed — no trips to the garden center, no guessing what will survive the NC heat, no dragging heavy pots around. Just a beautiful, professionally designed container waiting on your doorstep.

Each container is planted by hand using the best seasonal blooms and foliage for our climate — chosen for color, texture, and longevity. Every season is completely different. Every season is designed with your space in mind.

How it works:

  1. Subscribe — choose one container or two, single season or annual.

  2. A short intake — I'll ask for a few photos of your space, the light it gets, and any vessels you already love. Five minutes, mostly photos.

  3. I design for you — each season I plan around your specific space, light, and palette. You're not getting a one-size design with your name on it.

  4. Delivery + on-site planting — I arrive with the plants, soil, and everything else. I plant on-site, clear away the previous season's material, and clean up before I go.

  5. Your care card — a small printed guide with watering frequency, what to expect through the season, and how to deadhead what needs it.

One Container — $150/season or $500/year One large seasonal container, designed and delivered four times per year. Annual subscribers save $100 and receive priority scheduling plus a small seasonal bonus — a cutting, a propagation, or a special plant as a thank-you from the studio.

Two Containers — $275/season or $900/year A matched pair — designed to flank an entry, anchor a porch, or frame a space. Symmetry, drama, and effortless curb appeal all year long. Annual subscribers save $140 and receive priority scheduling plus seasonal bonuses.

Delivery and on-site planting are included. This is a white glove service — you do not lift a finger.

A note on how I design:

I'm a floral designer first, and I bring those principles outdoors — composition before convention, color and texture in conversation, the right plant in the right place. When the season allows, I source from local NC growers like Spring Forth Farm and Fernrock Farm, and from regional wholesalers when the design calls for it. The practical result: containers that look composed rather than catalog, and plants that perform in NC heat and humidity because they were chosen with our climate in mind.

Common questions

Do I need a container already? Not at all. If you have vessels you love, we'll use them. If you don't, I'll source what's right for your space (added at cost).

What if my space gets a lot of sun, or very little? That's part of the intake. I design around the light you have, not the light you wish you had.

What happens if there's a hard freeze? Winter and early-spring designs are built with cold-tolerant plants. If something fails outside of normal weather, I replace it at the next visit.

Can I customize the palette? Yes — tell me what you love and what you don't during the intake, and I'll work within your preferences each season.

What's the cancellation policy? Single-season subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Annual subscribers can pause between seasons; refunds are available on unstarted seasons of an annual plan.

Seasonal windows: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), Holiday (November). Serving Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Pittsboro, NC.
