A note on your inbox, from the studio.

When you share your email address with Botanical Studio by Kelly Eileen, you're letting me into a small corner of your day. I take that seriously, and I want you to know exactly how I care for it.

What I collect

When you join the mailing list, place an order, or reach out through the website, I collect your name and email address. If you place an order, I also receive the delivery and contact details needed to get your flowers to you. I don't ask for anything I don't need.

How I use it

Your email is used to send you studio notes: seasonal collections, new arrivals, workshop and event announcements, care guidance, and the occasional behind-the-scenes look at what's coming out of the studio. If you've ordered from me, I'll also use it for order confirmations, delivery updates, and to answer any questions you send my way.

What I never do

I never sell, rent, or trade your email address. I don't share your information with other businesses for their marketing. Your details stay with the studio.

Who helps me send it

My emails are sent through Squarespace Email Campaigns, which stores subscriber information securely on my behalf and may collect basic information such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. This helps me understand what's meaningful to you and send less of what isn't. Orders and payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its payment partners; I never see or store your full card details.

How often you'll hear from me

Rarely enough to feel like a letter, not a flood. Expect a note when there's something worth sharing, usually tied to the season.

Leaving the list

You're welcome to step away at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and removal is immediate. You can also email me directly at kelly@botanicalstudiobykellyeileen.com and I'll remove you by hand. Order-related emails, like confirmations and delivery updates, will still arrive when you place an order, since those are part of getting your flowers to you.

Your information, your choice

If you'd like to see what information I have for you, update it, or have it deleted entirely, just write to me at kelly@botanicalstudiobykellyeileen.com or call (984) 406-4668. I'll take care of it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If anything here changes, I'll update this page and note the date below.
