Every arrangement is designed and made by me, Kelly Eileen. The Botanical Studio is a one-woman studio, so each piece is shaped by the same hands from start to finish.

My work is seasonal, sculptural, and intentional, with a quiet, editorial feel. Although I traditional bouquets, I lean towards my cut arrangements arranged based on ikebana principles: line, negative space, and letting a few stems speak clearly. Typically both options are available.

Yes. Botanical Studio by Kelly Eileen is a fully foam-free florist in Apex, NC. I never use floral foam in any arrangement.em description

Floral foam is a single-use plastic material that breaks down into microplastics and does not biodegrade. It has been standard in the floral industry for decades, but it ends up in landfills and waterways. I chose to build my studio without it.

I use traditional floral mechanics: kenzan (a Japanese pin frog), reusable chicken wire, and careful structural design. These methods let stems drink freely from fresh water, which often helps flowers last longer.

Yes. I offer $15 flat-rate delivery throughout the Triangle, including Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Pittsboro. Other areas available for delivery with an additional charge.

Yes. In-studio pickup is available in Apex, NC. Some items, including select stone vessels, are available for pickup only.

I typically have living centerpieces available each week, however for fresh cut flowers, I like to source those as close to pick up as possible. Accordingly, I recommend ordering at least 7 days ahead. For holidays, events, and corporate orders, please reach out 2 weeks in advance, as studio availability is limited.
